Unlike what many people claim or believe the ECA
stack or other combinations do not require a cycle, studies have been done with
the use of the eca stack over periods of months showing no adverse effect of
this at all, it may even be a wise choice to keep using the eca stack for the

used a EC stack but I will use ECA stack to avoid confusing people about what
they talk about, however the EC stack is the same as ECA just without the aspirin
and has the same effect with less stomach issues.

6months of dieting with the eca stack. the overal result ends up with the eca
stack group loosing roughly 3.4kg more in those 6months then the placebo group
who obviously did not get eca stack. leading to a total of 16.6 kg weight loss
after 6months.
on top of that the eca stack received 24more weeks
of supplementation of the eca stack which prevented any relapse, so the
patients using the eca stack lost more weight and kept of the weight by the use
of this stack for a additional 2months.
but the effects dont end here, ontop of the obvious
of weight loss the negative effects such as increased blood pressure disappeared
after 8weeks of use making them indistinguishable from the placebo group, so
after the first 2months the blood pressure effect diminishes or disappears.
the eca stack had no adverse effects on glucose or
lipid(cholesterol) metabolism and in fact prevented a drop in HDL cholesterol
that is often seen caused by weight loss.
therefore one may argue should a person cycle the
eca stack to keep the hunger suppression at maximum strength or keep for the
entire duration of the person his diet+2months after to avoid problems during
and after the diet... I will leave that choice up to you….
